The production department is made up of 16 circular modifiers for knitted ties with various detailed options, producing 800 pieces a day. Two of the latest generation Scheller looms produce up to 1000 knitted ties per day which vary in design, stitch and weight. Around 60.000 finished hats and scarves are produced on four knitting machines. It is also possible to match gloves with hats or scarves, or even create a wide range of unique ties and bow ties thanks to the very unusual Shima Seiki machine.
